Stop waiting to FEEL Ready!

There's a habit a lot of ambitious women carry without realizing it: waiting for the room to feel ready before they walk in. Waiting to feel "qualified enough" before applying. Waiting for more confidence before pitching. Waiting for the "right time" before raising the price, sending the proposal, or taking the stage. Here's the thing: The room is never going to feel comfortable. Not because you're not ready, but because growth and comfort don't arrive at the same time. If you wait for the nerves to disappear before you act, you'll be waiting forever, and someone with half your expertise will take the opportunity instead. The founders who move aren't the ones who feel the most ready. They're the ones who've stopped treating discomfort as a stop sign and started treating it as a normal part of doing the thing that matters. You don't need permission from your nervous system to submit the proposal, raise the price, or take the stage. You just need to do it! What's one thing you've been waiting to feel "ready" for?
