When I first became an entrepreneur, people would often ask me how I could just jump in and do the things I was doing. Sometimes there was a little teasing mixed in, always in a “nice” way, of course, but I could usually tell what was underneath it. I would hear things like, “OMG, I could never do that,” or “I’d be too scared.” And all these years later, that narrative really hasn’t changed. One of the most important things I learned early in my entrepreneurial journey is that confidence doesn’t come before the action. It comes because you took the action. I didn’t always feel ready. I didn’t always know exactly what I was doing. I certainly didn’t have everything figured out. I simply learned that sometimes you have to move before everything feels perfect and trust yourself to learn along the way. That’s exactly what we’re talking about today in Level Up Lounge: Confidence Beats Perfection. How many times have you held yourself back because the idea wasn’t quite ready, the message wasn’t polished enough, the plan wasn’t perfect, or you thought you needed just a little more confidence before you made the move? The truth is, confidence grows when we show up, take the step, learn from what happens, make adjustments, and keep moving. Today’s Level Up Lounge is an opportunity for us to have that conversation together while also connecting, sharing what we’re working on, celebrating our wins, asking for support, and building stronger relationships within our community. Join us today at 10 AM PT | 11 AM MT | 12 PM CT | 1 PM ET. Come ready to connect, be seen, and maybe even take that next step you’ve been waiting to feel “ready” for. 💜 Register here: https://possible-woman.com/community-events And before we meet, I’d love to know: What is one thing you know you need to do, but perfection has been holding you back from doing it?
