Welcome to the Possible Woman Collective — a vibrant, safe, and supportive space for visionary female entrepreneurs to connect, grow, and thrive. To ensure that everyone has a meaningful and positive experience, we ask that you embrace the following community guidelines: 1. Lead with Kindness and Respect We value every woman’s voice and journey. Please treat each other with kindness, respect, and empathy—especially during discussions, feedback, and collaboration. 2. Keep It Safe and Inclusive This is a brave space for women of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or exclusion of any kind will not be tolerated. 3. Support, Don’t Sell We’re here to uplift, not upsell . Please refrain from unsolicited promotions or DM sales pitches. Share your offerings in designated spaces only (e.g., member spotlights, promo days, or your member profile). 4. Stay Engaged and Encouraging Show up for your sisters in business! Attend events when you can, cheer on other members, and celebrate wins—big or small. A rising tide lifts all boats. 5. Protect Confidentiality What’s shared in the Collective stays in the Collective. We value trust, so please do not share others' personal stories, business challenges, or sensitive information outside this space. 6. Take Aligned Action You joined this community for a reason. We encourage you to be an active participant—join a coworking session, attend the CEO Series, or share your insights. Progress happens when you engage! 7. Honor Time and Space Be mindful of time during events, workshops, and conversations. Allow others the opportunity to speak, and avoid dominating discussions. Together, we co-create the magic. 8. Ask, Share, Grow There’s no such thing as a “silly” question here. Whether you're seeking clarity, celebrating a win, or sharing a challenge—this is your space to learn, grow, and glow. 9. Be Coachable and Collaborative Come with an open heart and a growth mindset. Be willing to receive feedback, share generously, and build meaningful relationships rooted in mutual respect. 10. Celebrate Possibility We believe everything is possible —and that belief starts with you. Show up as your full, authentic self and empower others to do the same.
